RLMG helped transform the once taxidermy-filled Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Visitor Center into a multimedia space filled with interactives. As visitors navigate through an exhibition surrounded by beautiful environmental murals and projections, they learn about elk habitats, hunting, environmental stewardship, and more.
Life of the Herd
The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation’s centerpiece interactive experience is Life of the Herd, where visitors put themselves in the hooves of the elk. This joyful and exciting multi-user POV interactive game is divided into four sections, themed around each of the four seasons. For example, in spring, the visitors-turned-elk scrape the snow to find food, while in summer, they sniff around to find watering holes and groups of cows. Every season’s interactive engages the curiosity of visitors of all ages, including young learners, as they encounter beautifully animated environments and wildlife.
